One of the biggest advantages of WCI is that the curriculum has already been professionally developed.

Your licensed programs include the facilitator guides, slide decks, participant materials, frameworks and exercises you need to deliver them.

Your job is to learn the programs thoroughly, develop your facilitation skills and bring your own professional experience and presence to the delivery.

Once you have successfully completed the certification requirements, your active WCI commercial license allows you to deliver your licensed WCI programs commercially to organizations.

Your first 12 months of commercial licensing are included in your enrollment.

After your first year, the current South African annual license renewal is R7,500 per year.

Can I deliver the WCI programs under my own business name?

Yes. You can market and deliver the programs through your own business and present yourself to clients as a Licensed WCI Facilitator.

However, the WCI programs are not white-label products. You may not remove the WCI branding, rename the programs, repackage the curriculum as your own, or present WCI intellectual property as something you created.

What you can do is build your own client relationships, set your own fees, market the programs through your own business, and deliver them commercially under your active WCI license.

Your business is yours. Your clients are yours. Your fees are yours. The WCI curriculum remains WCI curriculum.
